As the founder and creative force behind TEEMA, a fast-growing, culturally inspired fashion and workwear brand based in The Gambia, Fatima is redefining how African identity shows up in the workplace. Since launching in 2019, she has established TEEMA as a leading solution for institutions, corporates, and professionals seeking apparel that is functional, fashionable, and proudly African.

Driven by the belief that “fashion is power, culture is identity, and workwear should reflect both,” Fatima has created a brand that bridges tradition and modernity. TEEMA fuses bold African prints with the precision of European tailoring to produce elegant uniforms, custom corporate attire, and embroidered branding that leave lasting impressions. The brand now serves a broad clientele including MRC, Innovarx Global Health, Nesthet Clinical Services, Bamboo Resort, The Woman Boss, and The National Sports Council across sectors such as healthcare, education, security, hospitality, and development.
